Hi,

I have started trying 3D Demonstrator. When I follow the tutorial and try to open Helicopter.3dxml in Creative Experience, I get the following error.

It seems this is a same error as this post.

So, I created a new collaborated space for  this trying and retry to open same data in a new collaborated space.

However, the moment I pressed "+" button, I got this error.

The error message says: “This operation is not allowed. Please contact your administrator”.

How can I solve this error?
