I’m currently preparing for the Canadian medical licensing exam and have been considering using an MCCQE practice test to assess my preparation level.

I think practice tests can be useful for identifying weaker subjects, improving time management, and becoming more familiar with the question style. I’m also wondering whether it is better to start taking practice tests early in the preparation process or save them for the final weeks before the exam.

For those who have already prepared for the MCCQE, how often did you use practice tests? Did they help you identify areas that needed additional review, and are there any particular resources you would recommend?
