Creative Experience has not been functioning properly since the update.

I'm working on a project and it's about to crash for the fourth time. The data isn't large. The operations I'm performing aren't complex calculations. Why did it freeze as shown in the image? I clicked to switch from one tab to another. I'm waiting for the freeze to pass, but it doesn't, so I have to close it and reopen it. When I restore, it recovers my data, but I don't know how to proceed with the project this way.
