Hello community!

I'm using the cloud app 3DSTORY for generating videos of my 3D-models in motion. But when I import my 3D-models the applied material disappear. I'm using the format(3DXML for review). Is there any other format where the materials remain on the model in the 3DStory app?

In the promotion videos for the 3DStory-app from Dassault Systemes, there is materials applied to the 3D-models.
