Hello,
I have noticed that the app Product Perception Experience (PPE) uses the same item type in the database ("Realtime Experience") as the one from 3DExcite. I cannot open in 3DExcite items previously made with PPE. Is this supposed to be even if it uses the same data type?
And if not is there any chance to distinguish them in the database?
