Does anybody know how to achieve this with cleaner data thanI wasable to. What I did was to extrude 3 surfaces. One at the topofthe lug, one at the area where the lug meets the sole and onemoreat the bottom of the lug (street surface). Then I createdsplitlines of desired shape on each of those surfaces respectively.Ithen lofted between each of these split lines to get theroughshape of the lug. I then came from the side and created thecutthat gives the side of the lug its shape before draft.Thenattempted to project separate curves from side and bottom(becausethe lugs also wrap around a radius) joined themwithcomposite 3D sketch and lofted surfaces between these curvestocreate the variable wrapping draft.SolidworksParts And Features
