Whats is the best computer HP or a Dell

If you could get a Dell or HP and the HP was 600.00 lesswould you buy the HP.
We model very large assemblies and need the 8 gb memory to stopfrom crashing.
Is Dell better than HP?

1. hp xw6600, 2.83 ghz, 8 gb of ram, 64 bit, fx 3700

2. dell t7400 2.83 ghz 8 gb ram, 64 bit, fx 3700
