I have been using windows explorer to copy my vault toanother location for back up.I stop the PDMworks server beforecopying but when I get towards the end of the copying process I getan error which says that this "CiCL0001" file is in use by anotherprogram and cannot be copied, I am not running any other programsat the time so What is it and why can I not copy it tothe newdestination?
I did a search for this file in the Vault and it is some sort ofcatalog.wci file.
Can anyone please advise me.
