I have noticed that in Solidworks 2009 I can save a file,Ctrl+Tab to view another file, then Ctrl+Tab back to the originalfile and the asterisks that indicates that the file has beenchanged shows up by the file name. In my particular situation atthe moment, I'm changing between an assembly and a drawing of theassembly. Now, simply viewing the drawing shouldn't change theobject that's within the drawing. Is there some setting I can turnoff so that the files don't "change" every time I move from onewindow to the next. It only works this way when I change windowswithin Solidworks. If I were to view an Internet Explorer window, the files don't change. The problem even occurs with completelyunrelated files. I just created a new file, then moved to adifferent Solidworks window, then back to the new file and it hadmysteriously "changed" somehow. Any ideas?SolidworksGeneral
