SW will let you enter a negative number in a bilateraltolerance such that you end up with something like

1.000 +.0005/+.0015

Is this type of bilatral tolerance valid per any standard? Itypically tweak the model dimension to bring one limit or the otherto zero so that the dimension looks like:

1.0005 +.0015/-0
