Javelin Technologies, Canada's leading provider of 3D Technology, is expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Sales Representative for our Training Division in our Oakville Office.

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful, driven individual to drive strategic conversations showcasing Javelin's Training Solutions and the value they bring to improve the time to market and quality of our customers engineering cycles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as an individual contributor to achieve sales targets by selling training solutions to clients over the phone
• Proactively develop Customer needs through strong relationship building and advanced sales skills
• Participate as a brand ambassador for the Training Division at Javelin, internally and externally
• Develop opportunities from inception through to close

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• 2 – 3 years of proven sales success; preferably in inside sales, cold calling or lead generation roles
• 3 year diploma or degree is preferred; with education in business, marketing or engineering would be considered an asset
• Proven sales or inside sales experience
• Exceptional telephone skills with an interest in speaking with new people
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; both written and verbal
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Driven to achieve sales results through providing creative customer focused solutions
• A self motivated individual who enjoys working on a team
• A dynamic individual who will go "above and beyond"
• Experience with a CRM system is required; preferably NetSuite
• Solid references
