I thought I'd post some initial impressions of the new/improvedfeatures of I got from the Glasgow SW2009 Launch Event. It was thefirst time I'd seen the latest features demonstrated live and Ithought the notes I took might be of interest. Please note, thehighlights were with from a heavy engineering/machinery viewpointand not sheet metal/electronics.
Initial impressions were good although the mention of fixes alreadyplanned for SP1.0 were no big surprise.
I know the latest features are available on the SolidWorks websitebut sometimes it feels more relevant to see it first hand. Hopesome of the attached info is useful to those who might not make itto a Launch Event.
