My HP dv2845se is a bum and apparently cannot run SW2008properly, my Dell Inspiron died on me too, so now I am looking intoa new laptop that can support SW2008 and hopefully it can be aSony.

Since the SW certification list does not include any Sonys andthere are most definitely Sonys that can run SW2008, does anyonehave any suggestions? Let's not consider budget. I usually workwith 30 to 40-component assemblies.

Or if you can enlighten me on what makes a laptopSW2008-compatible, that would be fantastic. The certified listdoesn't really tell me that much...
