SW08 - Tips for Display States

The help system tells you to RMB in the Configuration Managerto add a display state. That worksunless one or more of the configuration name(s) is highlighted. If aconfiguration is selected, RMB pops up the Configuration Actionsmenu that is familiar to SW07 users.

Press the ESC key to clear all configuration selections. Then RMBand you'll see the Add Display State in the Configuration Managerpopup menu.

Another nifty way to manage the display states is on the FeatureManager Display Pane flyout. You can now RMB on it to add a displaystate.

Its easy select things for changing display, color and texturemodes for assembly components. With the Display Pane flyout you canjust LMB on any of the icons to launch the desired dialog.
