I recently installed SW2008 SP2.1 the vault was at Sp0.

I then had some users downgrade to SP0 when the vault complainedthat they were not at the same SP.

I have since upgraded the Vault to SP 2.1

Now the SW Explorer clients update, but still show a miss match ofSPs.
