One of our users is crashing about 75% of the time whentrying to export a drawing to PDF. We have had this issue (sameuser, same computer) twice before.
The first two times we were running Solidworks 2006 and ended upreformatting the machine both times as our Solidworks VAR (Trimech)couldn't seem to identify the problem.
Now we are running SW07 sp 5, and the problem has started up again.
The user has Acrobat reader 8 installed, though I was told thiswould have anything to do with it.
Has anyone had this problem or a similar problem?
