The solidworks forums should really have Symbols/Images of all the buttons in solidworks so that it is easier for posters to describe what they are talking about.  These would be like the emoticons .  This would make it substantially easier for people to communicate either what they are trying to do or how to solve a problem. 

Right now you have to look up what the button or item pictures is called.  In my case there is no name.  I am trying describe what I have highlighted in the .jpg I attached to this post.
