Hello,

I created a Solidworks account and after submitting my account information, the website froze on a blank screen. When I reloaded it, I was asked for my information again. I resubmitted and it said the account already exists. I went to the Solidworks website and logged in with no problem. When I download Solidworks and run the install, it asks me to sign in. When I enter my account info, it tells me my account doesn't exist.

So my account exists, I am logged in and posting right now. However, when I log in to install, my account doesnt exist.

How can I resolve this issue? I am a student using my schools serial number. I have emailed customer support but have yet to receive a response.
