i have just started to use solidworks student version again, notmuch expierence but i want to get use to some cad software

some questions for you lot

1) how do you delete sides to a box (i think i have already made ithollow)
2) how do i move something i have just created or does it have tostay where it's made?

if anyone can help i would be grateful
