As Tom suggested, starting with Beta 2, SOLIDWORKS Model-Based Definition (MBD) entitlement has been provided to all Beta testers.

Attached is a summary of SOLIDWORKS MBD 2016 New Features and Benefits along with existing MBD related features in SOLIDWORKS 2015. Many new enhancements have been added such as DimXpert in Assembly, multiple sheets, view ports, and tables in 3D PDF. Please feel free to check them out!
