When I launch SW explorer I am getting a "unable to launchSWExplorer. Please make sure that SW Explorer is installed."

Is there a way that SW explorer can not be installed? Wehavereinstalled SW twice and we are getting the same problem. CanIreinstall just Solidworks Explorer?SolidworksSolidworks Explorer
