SolidWorks Appreciation Training....

I recently attended Catia V5 training and went into the trainingexpecting to be blown away by the experience. Now I may be totallybiased, but I gotta say, my expectations were way lowered by howmuch better and easier the Solidworks tools are for doingmodeling/assembly functions for machine design. Granted, Catiaexcels at surfacing and designing fantastic shapes, but how many ofus really deal with that on a day to day basis.

I understand that SW has it's flaws (search my past posts for rantsif you want), but the way functions and the interface works justseems so much more seemless and user friendly. It really made meappreciate just what Sw does really well that I just take forgranted during a day to day workflow.

I did not post this to start a system x is better then x but I wasjust disappointed so I thought I'd share my thoughts.
