Hi,

I am running a random vibration study of an enclosure that consistsof parts bolted together. I have removed the bolts to simplify theassembly and set a contact between the inside face of one bolt holeand the inside face of the other bolt hole. Running the simulationgives me errors as a result of the parts not being connectedtogether properly.

I ran similar studies using this technique on cosmos 2008 withoutany trouble but now with 2009 I am getting error messages.

Is there an accepted method for simulation a bolted togetherassembly. What faces/edges should I select to get an accurateconnection?
