We are a seeking a Fabrication Cad Designer for our growing company for design and fabrication efforts in the field of customized machinery, equipment and systems. Our Innovative business model requires someone with a strong desire to learn the specialized skills of custom high purity design techniques and can bring creative solutions to ever changing challenges in a variety of different industries.

Our lead designers are good at working with our customers to design and fabricate unique custom equipment and integrated systems on projects in B.C as well as other locations across Canada. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic CAD DESIGNER that is willing to break out and do something unique and challenging.  This opportunity would allow you to work from home with flexible work hours. Part time and Full time positions available.

Necessary Qualifications:

-CAD DESIGNER with 2 or more years of experience

-Self driven, determined and willing to seek out new opportunities and learn new skills

-Experience in mechanical design techniques

-Design/Drafting experience and 3D modeling

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experienced in machine design, piping design and or sheet metal design

-A fabrication or mechanical background

-Solidworks, AutoCAD or similar 3D design experience

-Estimating

Required experience:

   •     Solidworks 3D Design: 2 years
