I'm using a template to add a new file whose name is eitherbased on a counter or could be user entered. If the user enters adesired filename, I want to check and see if it already existsbefore trying to add it. The filename is what I am interested in.The extension could be the usual suspects: sldprt, sldasm orslddrw.

I was hoping to do this w/o the user needing to select all thefiles in the folder, too.

I've tried the jump command and it doesn't seem to do the trick.

Any thoughts would be helpful.
