Saving suppressed parts

While designing a product I go through multiple iterations aswe all do. I save each iteration in a seperate folder to keep adesign trail. I have noticed when saving assemblies with multipleconfigurations, that parts that are suppressed do not save to thenew folder. This means I have to do a "Save As" for eachconfiguration in order to save the part to the new folder. I saverather than copy to keep only the latest revision of the files inthe most current design folder. Is there any setting in Solidworksthat will let me save suppressed files as well to keep from havingto re-save for each configuration? My other option is to make oneconfiguration where all the components are turned on and save itbut I don't really want to do that becuase it will confuse ouroverseas partners.
