OK since I'm not sure when
SolidWorks Save As doesn't work as expected.
Here is the scenario; I have an assembly and parts within it whichI want to create copies of. I open the assembly and click File SaveAs, select a new location and name, click the Save As Copy button, then click Refrences, select Save as copy for the files within it,and select a new location, and click save.
This all works fine except and in-context features of parts such asa part within the assembly mating "up-to" a plane within theassembly, do not get re-referenced and still try to link back tothe original.
I have tried every combination of check boxes and save as/ not saveas, and even API code, and it definately no longer references partsfeatures within an assembly if they are in-context to thatassembly.
Can some of you try this and let me know your results.SolidworksAssemblies
