Some time ago i figured out that configuration publisher is not working with routing parts. When you create it, everything looks OK. Even when you preview it, everything seems in order. But once you save it and try to use it in your route and/or regular assembly, manager never shows up. After going over this with my VAR, he was able to pull out an older SPR that targets this issue. this is covered in SPR 748785: Routing parts with configuration publisher. Please vote for this SPR to be fixed. It is quite painful scrolling through 1000+ configurations finding the one you actually need. We as a small group of routing users should join our forces in pressing resolution of SPRs like these...
