I have an assembly in which I would like to rotate one of the parts. Those parts are mated with concentric mates.

However, would it be possible to rotate ONLY one of them about the rotational axis (Since I am using teh concentric mates).

The issue for me now is, when i try to rotate one of the parts, the other parts mated with it either moves/rotates in a messy way. I don't know how to control that.
