I am looking in to switching two of our cad systems to 64 bitOS. I know some of the issues we will have or could have are withdrivers. Are any issues withe running a 64 bit os on a 32 bitnetwork. Reason I ask is we have the PDMworks vault on the server.I know the hardware is not the best, benchmark test for rebuild onpart was a 302.9. With the way things are going budgets are tight.

The systems are Dell Precision 470 with Xeon 3.0 processor, 4 gigram with 3 gig switch enabled,Nvidia Quadro Fx 4500 512mb. We arerunning SW09 sp1.0.
