My company purchased SW2006 Office Premium which, throughthesubscription service, was eventually upgraded through servicepacksto SW2007. Recently I received a new computer andreinstalledSW2006. Now I am unable to upgrade to SW2007 through theservicepacks even though my customer profile shows I have aregistrationnumber for SW2007.
