Random constarint suppression.

Has anyone had issues with constraints being randomlysuppressed? We have had "several" assemblies which a user puts inparts, FULLY constrains them. Open the assembly a couple of dayslater and parts that were locked down and now move. Check theirconstraints and they are suppress. Unsuppress them and everythingis fine. It the latest iteration it is not the configurations. There is only the default configuration. Every time we send outexample files, no one else can duplicate the problem. We areworking in a multi-user environment. We do not user PDM Worksbecause as an automation house our assemblies are one off's. Itadds weeks to delivery time just to get everything into the vault.Constraints should not randomly suppress. Our reseller gives us the"canned" answer, turn off your anti-virus and reinstall thesoftware. Problem, we have enterprise virus software. Problem, todisable it on one machine it must be disabled for the entirenetwork. Problem, during the install, Works accessing the Workswebsite, thus the Internet. What company in their right mind wouldwant their whole network exposed during a software install? If theanti-virus software log does not show any log entries for stoppingany portion of the install, during the install, how can theanti-virus be doing anything? I apologize for voicing myfrustration here. Any insight anyone has is greatly appreciated.
