I'm developing an engineer standard drawing notes generatorapplication for
use in CAD applications. In general, I don't want the user to beable to
modify (including font and height as well) these std notes howevermaterial
and finish notes often have numbers in them the user must change.

Is there any way to do this?SolidworksApi macros
