Hello, colleagues,

What is the name of the menu, probably seen in Attached and how do I get to change the colour of it?

I tried to tackle myself out of this, by surfing around the System Options>Colors>Color scheme settings, but I changed so many colours, that I didn't want to and then not being able to restore except for Reset... button down below.

Any help is appreciated.
