Im trying to setup a SMTP within PDM message system using a hotmail address as the source.  I understand that PDM does not support office.365 as the email, so i have tried using a relay email as per the link below:-

However when I try to do a test I always get the same error, 'the server was not found'

any ideas, what I have done wrong, (as for the server setting, I have tried local host, the server name and both the IP address for the actual server and as a local server 127.0.0.1)
