Finished up making this tool a while back, and needed to upload it to Github as open source - done that now and anybody can feel free to download, pull or fork it.

The code is far from perfect, but it suits my own needs for re-referencing files within PDM. Thought i'd post in here just in case anybody is looking for this kind of thing.
