Here is the part I was refering to.
Just add a 3/8 x 45 chamfer to the long (formed) edges, then try toflatten it.
Then try draging the chamfer in the feature tree to before thesheet metal feature and the chamfers disappear and change the partwidth. Weird.SolidworksParts And Features
