On vertical dimensions I frequently use the Offset Text option if there is room for the arrows to fit between the extension lines but not room for the text.

Since updating from SW2010 to SW2012, when I would trigger that option the arrows would almost always move to the outside and it would take at least two clicks to get them back.  It's still early but this seems to be fixed with sp 4.0.  Thank you.
