Dear Forum,

My background installer isn't working. I'm trying to update to 2019 from 2018 SP 2.0. I've downloaded the SolidWorksSetup.exe file to my desktop. Where do I save the expanded files to? Or how do I fix the Background Installer so I don't have to go thru the process of making sure files are where they're supposed to be. I have attached the error messages I got when trying to use the Background Installer
