mouse gestures should be a drag and drop feature. Like the customize feature for the "S" key.  If the customize dialogue box opened and the mouse gesture opened then you could drag and drop the feature on to the mouse gesture circle. You would select the environment to modify the gesture circle.  This would greatly decrease errors when a quadrant was already in use.
