During a recent SW2008 rollout, the presenters imported anIGESfile (i.e. a "dummy solid" with no feature history) intoSW2008.If I remember right, they claimed the ability to modifyfeatures onthe solid even though no history tree existed. Inparticular, theywere able to change the value of a fillet. Is thistruly possible? Ihave not been able to do any such modification onimported files,aside from the typical 'scabbing on' of subsequentfeatures.SolidworksParts And Features
