I had to split up 2008 Vault so that a group could remain on2007. Now the engineering group wants to brign their files backonline to the one company Vault. I did the original splitsurgically BTW, in WIN Explorer.
File and Project name duplication is now my biggest risk in mergingadditional projects and files. It's small fileset and theassumption of non-duplication is worth investigating for me.

Is there a way to compare a list of filenames, against anotherVault's contents to verify that no duplicate file or project namesexist?
