Hey there, 
Im having a problem using the matereference feature for our bolts and rings, (our custom made toolbox parts).
Whenever I try to add a part by snapping a ring on a hole, the mates are added automaticly.

But after I rebuild, Solidworks somehow decides to add another bunch of mates, mostly double or on faces which doesn't make any sense. Please see the images below. 

1) Adding the ring, automaticly snapping in place because of the matereferences.

2) The mates that solidworks adds unneccesary.

I tried closing and reopening Solidworks, even rebooting my PC.
It does it with all parts having matereferences. 

Does anyone know?
