After making a core and cavity injection mould which is then madeup of several parts, I would like to be able to subtract it from aworkpiece to represent the plastic part I would be left with.
I would normally use the combine function. however combine, onlyappears to be available in part files to combine and subtractbodies within the same model. However the combine feature seems tobe greyed out when in assemblies.
Am I doing something wrong or is this feature not available inassemblies? Is there a way of using the cavity tool in reverseinstead?
