Does anyone have a good way to get machined, debossed, textinto a model with specific parameters. For example, in our rubbermolding operations we have two distict molded text applications.
Scenario 1: Letters need to be at least .030" wide and .015 Deep.
Scenario 2: Letters need to be at least .030" wide and .015 Deep.
Obviously the depth is easily controlled - but is there a good wayto define width? I've played around with texts and nothing seems tofit exactly right. I then thought if I could find a "line" text Icould do a thin extrude with it, but SW doesn't seem to have anyplain line text fonts. They are all double lined... if that makessense.
Would creating a library of sketch characters be too much - sureseems like it.SolidworksParts And Features
