Locklizard turning into a big issue

So now multiple trainers on my team have been having the same issue where it magically denies the ability to open books. Error image attached. Always goes like this.

1. Call tech support

2. Tech support has no clue why it happens

3. Magically works in 2 to 3 days

Never had this issue with Content Raven. No longer is this a simple solution for a late book or late entry into a class (while the book is being shipped). It requires an install, which many users do not have admin rights, to open. Then also link to a license file. Too many steps for the original intention of a simple solution. And now this solution regularly breaks down with no ability to quickly fix. Joe, can you please encourage these folks to find this fix. This does impact our business internally and externally with customers.
