I wonder if this is the expected behavior or a bug. It certainly do feel like a bug, considering that the library feature move as expected if I mate it to a reference plane instead of with a face of my weldment profile. I will use this reference surface trick to get past the problem but it would be interesting to know if anyone can confirm this, or perhaps of greater interest is if this is fixed in 2014 pre release.
