We are looking for a SW designer to help us with new firearm designs and firearms accessories. Our company is growing rapidly and our existing SW engineer is overwhelmed and needs some help.

The position is part time, but could potentially become full time for the right candidate - but the immediate need is in the 5-15 hours per week.

We need someone with a thorough understanding of firearms, including functionality, mechanical function and practical usage, as well CNC chip making operations. We produce the majority of our components in house, and the design work must have machining concepts and tolerancing in mind.

Many of the components and designs that are part of this project have already been designed in SW, but simply need modification based on a new application. Also, another group of parts have been created in "Inventor", and are included in the intellectual property of another company we are purchasing, but need conversion to SW.

We currently have SW, MasterCam, Surfcam.
