Good news... You can now use Rx to submit SRs again.

Last year we added the ability to submit SRs into our Rx utility.  This functionality makes it much easier to use your captured Rx data to submit a Beta SR without having to enter summary, description, and version information again.

It was very popular but unfortunately didn't make it into SolidWorks 2013 B1. Now we're ready to launch it again in preparation for Beta 2.

To enable this in Rx, just follow these 2 simple steps:

1- Download the attached registry key.

2- Double-click it to load it into your registry. 

Once it's loaded, launch Rx 2013 and on the Problem Capture tab under "Step 3" you'll see a second option labled "Describe the problem and submit a service request..."

Doing this now will allow you to use this function for B2 and the remainder of B1.  Beta 3 will automatically have this function enabled.
