Hi all, I was hoping I could gather some ideas on how you add (or at least account for) paint/powder coat thickness applied to your parts.  Is there a method you use for this that has worked well?  better than nothing?  I'd also be curious how folks account for it from a QA perspective.  Do you simply place notes on your drawings that specify dimensions are indicated prior to coating?
